A question I have been asked over and over again is: “how can I find my motivation back when I feel down, or when I am off track in the achievement of my weight loss goals”.

I suffered from lack of motivation for long periods of time and in different areas of my life. Often I wanted to give up, causing myself lots of pain and frustration and long periods of inaction.

As many, I was also falling into the trap of relying on external sources to find my motivation back. Friends, family, new environment and so on.

But eventually I learned that motivation resides inside ourselves, we only need to find the right strategies and the tools to bring it out.
