Learning how to set powerful goals was the difference that made the difference in the achievement of my weight loss results so far.

Setting well-formed goals and step by step improve the process of achieving them was my obsession of the last few years.

An obsession that I always try to transfer to my coaching client.

Having clarity on specific and detailed goals to achieve, writing them down every day and, of course, take daily consistent action, towards their achievement, is what will guarantee you the success you are looking for, not only achieving your weight loss desires but, in every area of your life.

In this video, number 7 of the ThinkLean Mind & Body Transformation Journey,  I have explored a slightly longer version of the classic S.M.A.R.T Goals process that everyone knows by adding few little modifications that I considered to be very important in the goal-setting process.

I have used the acronym S.M.A.R.T.E.R. to define well-formed goals that as follow:

S. – Specific
M. – Motivational
A. – Appealing
T. – Time-Bound
E. – Engraved
R. – Rewarded
