“You are who you believe you are!” and today this is a fact accepted in many Psychology fields!
My beliefs had a huge impact, often negative, in the quality of my life, for this reason, I have decided to make the Beliefs, the core concept I want to talk about in this new episode of the ThinkLean Formula Mind & Body Transformation Journey.
Everything you think, you feel and you do in your life is always aligned with your core beliefs. If you’re perfectly conscious of what your beliefs are or you’re not, it doesn’t really matter. What you believe in about yourself and the world around you, becomes your reality.
I have spent more than 25 years chasing weight loss goals without ever reaching. I started to see results only when I’ve learned how my beliefs system works and, most importantly, how the limiting beliefs that I had created in my own life were stopping me to reach my outcomes.
If you’ve tried to lose weight, you eat healthy to change your mindset toward food over and over again without being able to achieve substantial last longing results, the main cause could the limiting beliefs that are holding you back.
Those limitations that consciously or unconsciously are not letting you to create the life you want.
In this video post, I am going to share with you how your limiting beliefs have a huge impact on your weight loss successes and hot they can be a potential threat in every other area of your life.
I am going to share with you my personal experience of living my life with a highly negative belief system and how challenging those limitations helped me to achieve the result that I never imagined possible before.
I want you to be aware of the fact that all the limitations we create for ourselves, are only self-imposed lies that we keep telling to ourselves out of fear of a change. Self-imposed roadblocks that are stopping you, not only to achieve your goals and dreams but to become a completely new version of yourself.
